After employees complete the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment, they become eligible for FREE Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth Coaching.

EmbodyHealth Coaching programs are based on employees’ personal health results and individual set of goals. The program helps employees:

• Understand the impact of choices that affect one’s health
• Identify barriers to changing health habits
• Build skills to change behavior
• Increase motivation and self-confidence for change

To enroll in EmbodyHealth Coaching, employees must complete and accept the offer at the end of the Health Assessment questionnaire. Mayo Clinic will deem employees eligible based on their Health Assessment results. Eligible employees who have consented will be contacted by a Mayo Clinic Coach (if you do not consent to follow-up you will not be contacted).
