Retiree Self-Service Login

Use this information if you are already retired and have a retiree account in our system.

New Website Login: az360.az.gov/erpemss
- Your login ID and password remain the same as it was under our previous system. If it has been 90 days since you logged in, you will have to reset your password.

First Time Retiree Enrollment

First-time enrollment in retiree benefits must be completed using the Retiree Enrollment Form, available on our Forms page. This process cannot be done through the portal.
Note: Since your active employee account will be closed, and your new retiree account will be established, you will need to provide all supporting documentation again, including birth and marriage certificates for your dependents.

Enrollment

During Open Enrollment in the fall, for your annual enrollment.
Outside of Open Enrollment - For the following Qualified Life Events (QLE): birth, adoption, qualified child support order, marriage, divorce, legal separation, death of spouse or dependent. Visit our QLE page for more information.

Login to the portal anytime to update your contact information.

Login to the portal at any time to see your current benefit elections.
