Many actions, such as updating your benefits and changing your address, can be completed through our online portal.

Use this information if you are already retired and have a retiree account in our system.


First Time Retiree Enrollment

  • First-time enrollment in retiree benefits must be completed using the Retiree Enrollment Form, available on our Forms page. This process cannot be done through the portal. 
  • Note: Since your active employee account will be closed, and your new retiree account will be established, you will need to provide all supporting documentation again, including birth and marriage certificates for your dependents.

Enrollment

  • During Open Enrollment in the fall, for your annual enrollment.
  • Outside of Open Enrollment - For the following Qualified Life Events (QLE): birth, adoption, qualified child support order, marriage, divorce, legal separation, death of spouse or dependent. Visit our QLE page for more information.
