Welcome to the Benefit Services Division website where we are pleased to offer the Benefit Options program for State employees, retirees, and their spouses and dependents. We are committed to providing our members the highest quality service, choice, and value.

Benefit Program Changes

The Arizona Department of Administration, Benefit Services Division (BSD) is making changes to the employee Home & Auto Insurance and Computer Purchase benefit programs.  The contracts for Purchasing Power, Travelers Insurance, and Liberty Mutual Insurance will expire in May 2017.  However, these programs will now be made available through the PerksConnect Employee Discount Program rather than stand-alone benefit programs for active state employees. 

To view these benefits on PerksConnect Program website please go to: and login if you are already a registered user or click “Activate Your Account Now”.  With this consolidation of offerings, there will be a change in how current customers make payments for the services.  Under the PerksConnect Discount Program, rather than making payments through payroll deduction from your paycheck, you will arrange for electronic funds transfer from your checking account or financing options similar to previous state program offerings.  More details are provided below. 

Home & Auto Insurance Payment Options
Beginning May 1st, if you have a policy with Travelers or Liberty Mutual, you will no longer pay for your premiums through payroll deduction.  There are several other convenient payment options these programs will make available, such as automatic electronic funds deductions from your checking or savings account, or monthly credit card payment.  If you are already a policy holder who is set up via payroll deduct, please contact Travelers or Liberty Mutual to transition to another payment option.

Computer Purchase Payment Options
Orders placed prior to May 1st will continue to be deducted via payroll until the full payment has been rendered.  For orders placed beginning May 1st, your payment plan will be set up as an automatic electronic funds transfer from your checking or savings account.
