Open Enrollment for 2025 Benefits is Oct. 28 - Nov. 15 at 5 p.m. Arizona Time

Active Employees

  • Staying the Same:  Plans and carriers for the 2025 plan year.
  • Changes for 2025
    • Vision: Avesis Vision premiums will increase by a few cents, and the plan will remain the same.
    • Health Savings Account Deductible: Single: $1,650 ($50 increase), all other: $3,300 ($100 increase).
    • HSA IRS Maximum Contributions (Optum Card): Single: $4,300 ($150 increase), all other: $8,550 ($250 increase), Age 55 catch-up: $1,000 (no change).
    • Flexible Spending Account IRS Maximum Contributions (TASC Card):  Health Care: $3,200 ($150 increase), Limited Purpose: $3,200 ($150 increase), Daycare/Eldercare: $5,000 (no change). You must re-enroll in your FSA each year.

Retirees

2025 Overview

  • There are NO CHANGES to carriers, plans and premiums for medical and dental.  Avesis Vision plan rates will increase by a few cents monthly; coverage remains the same.

Do You Need to Re-Enroll?

  • To keep your current coverage, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RE-ENROLL.
  • Do you need to make a change? You must re-enroll to change your carrier or to add or remove dependents.
  • Are you changing to an Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) plan? To decline your ADOA coverage, go through the Open Enrollment process on the Y.E.S. portal and decline all ADOA coverage. Note: If you do not maintain ADOA medical or dental coverage, you cannot re-enroll at a later time.

Online enrollment will be available from Oct. 28 to Nov. 15 at 5 p.m.

Please note that all enrollments must be done online. Paper forms are not available.
